The programme
This is a one-to-one programme for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, but aren’t necessarily looking for ongoing therapy.
Over 12 weeks, we meet for six 90-minute sessions, spaced every two weeks. The structure gives you time between sessions to reflect, notice patterns, and integrate what emerges.

I’ll guide you through a thoughtful and structured programme allowing you to explore yourself in greater depth. It’s particularly suited to people who are interested in personal growth, yet want information and structure - as well as personal insight.

How it works
I’ll provide you with information, guide you through structured exercises, and support you to explore you thoughts and emotions in more detail. We begin with a broad picture of your life as it is now, then gradually move deeper — into your emotional landscape, core beliefs, and ways of relating to yourself and others.
Along the way, we’ll explore:
• where you are right now, and what feels out of balance
• your personal traits and your personality
• how emotions work, and how your response to emotions
• your beliefs and inner narratives
• your patterns in relationships and where these come from
• what matters most, and the direction you want to move in
This programme isn’t necersarily about fixing something, it’s about developing a deep understanding of yourself so that your choices become more conscious, rather than automatic.
There’s space between sessions to reflect, notice patterns, and connect what we explore to your everyday life.
This programme is designed for those that want great personal insight, yet do not find traditional talking therapy appealing.
